The report is prepared on a tablet PC during the inspection. Digital photographs are inserted in the report where they are needed. The photographs and the report can be e-mailed to you`. This great feature speeds up the process, especially when you cannot be available for the inspection. The photographs are a wonderful asset when this proves necessary and paints a clear picture for the seller. This reporting system allows documentation on things the home has. Some homes do not have fire places. If the home does not have a fire place you will not find it in the report.
When maintenance areas and major deficiencies need to be documented, the documentation is printed in red text. This allows a quick read of the report and draws your attention to that item.
Because the report is typed, not hand written, it is legible and faxes very well. However, the photographs will not be in color and may be distorted. Because of this, we recommended it be e-mailed or downloaded.
If you need documentation that the report was sent you can print out the e-mail report or send it with a return receipt.
